Cancel anytime, no penalties
You may cancel your dablio subscription at any time by contacting us at support@dablioapp.com.
Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access to dablio is suspended. Cancellations do not trigger automatic refunds unless they meet the refund conditions below.
Refund eligibility
When refunds are considered
We evaluate refund requests case by case. Refunds may be issued when:
- Extended service downtime caused directly by Webh Solutions LLC
- A billing error occurred (duplicate charge or incorrect amount)
- Cancellation within 7 days of first subscription with minimal usage
Refunds are not issued for partial months, unused features, or changes in business circumstances.

Send your account email, a brief description of the issue, and the reason for your request. We review every request personally and respond within 5 business days.
dablio is billed on a recurring subscription basis — monthly or annually, as agreed at onboarding. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Webh Solutions LLC does not store payment card information directly.
