Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using dablio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of service

dablio is a service management software platform for service businesses. It provides tools for client management, appointment scheduling, employee assignment, recurring services, and daily operations. Access is granted on a subscription basis, agreed directly with Webh Solutions LLC.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Webh Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Acceptable use

You agree to use dablio only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use dablio to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of dablio
• Use dablio in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

Payments and billing

Subscription fees are billed as agreed between your business and Webh Solutions LLC. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Webh Solutions LLC does not store payment card details directly. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@webh.co.

Data and privacy

Your use of dablio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using dablio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Service availability

Webh Solutions LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of dablio. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

Intellectual property

dablio, its interfaces, content, and underlying technology are owned by Webh Solutions LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in or to dablio. You retain full ownership of the business data you input into the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webh Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use dablio. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

Webh Solutions LLC may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within dablio. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where Webh Solutions LLC is incorporated.
